In that business Phil was responsible for the marketing human resources and cash management of the service. The shuttle operations ran 18 hours a day every day for 3 and half years with more than half a million passengers served and 15 staff on payroll. Phil was also responsible for sunE’s brand and marketing strategy. His time in sunE has taught him essential skills in problem-solving and strategizing in the challenging market of a developing nation.
